Feature=Tickets Settings specifies configurable elements of the Tickets mechanism, as follows:
- Alert
- Specifies which type of Ticket Status should cause the Alert Message to be issued. Valid options are one of the 3 Status values (Open, Hold, or Future) or one of the Date based values (Today or Recent). The Alert message will only be issued if one or more of the specified Alert groupings has 1 or more Tickets associated with it.
- Open (a count of the number of Tickets in Status=Open)
- Hold (a count of the number of Tickets in Status=Hold)
- Future (a count of the number of Tickets in Status=Future)
- Today (a count of the number of Tickets that has had activity or a Thought posted during the current day)
- Recent(a count of the number of Tickets that has had activity or a Thought posted within the last week)
Default is: Open+Hold+Future+Today+Recent
