to configure specific aspects of the data processing environment associated with Text type data elements, as described.

- Establishes the date_sun_info return value that will be used to establish the effective point during a given day that a Match can be scheduled for play

- Establishes the date_sun_info return value that will be used to establish the effective point during a given day that a Match needs to be completed (or it might be too dark to continue). The "completed" time of day is produced by adding the Duration specification for Match + Half to the Match Time.
